Enjoy a supported sunset and night ride on the BVRT from Coominya to Esk and back, stopping for an enjoyable dinner at the Esk Grand Hotel (great food, reasoable prices. not included).
Night riding gives a whole new dimension to the BVRT experience and this ride is a good preparation for the more challenging and hugely popular Yarraman to Linville night ride later in the year.
This event is graded as Easy to Moderate and is suitable for mountain bikes, hybrids, gravel bikes and touring bikes. There are three significant gully crossings but all can be walked if you prefer. Bright off-road lights that can last for at least 2 hours are mandatory.
Brisbane Valley Rail Trail Users Association reserves the right to postpone this ride in the event of adverse weather conditions or other such factors that could affect the safety of participants.
We are all ambassadors for our sport - the BVRT code of conduct must be followed at all times.
Limited to 45 participants.
Cost $25 to cover admin costs and insurance.
