From 10.00 pm on Friday night, this event will run all night and through the following day.

Starting at Wulkuraka Station in Ipswich, the 300 km course is all off-road and traffic free, just riding through South East Queensland’s big country. The turnaround point is at the trail head in Yarraman and the Finish is back in Fernvale.

This event will be the first BVRT Ultra Extreme 300 km bike race on the fully completed rail trail, including the great new section from Toogoolawah to Moore.

Just completing the course is a major achievement, but if you can get anywhere under 20 hours, you're a super human.

This is gravel racing for a total distance of 300 km with a net height gain of 375 metres on a fairly rough track, with a number of challenges along the way.

RFID event timing will be provided by Hayden Brooks of TimingResults.

First prize:

Second prize: A customised BVRT E2E cycling shirt designed by Jakazni with your name on it.
Third prize: Lunch for two at Nash Cafe in Esk (Voucher)

Additional award categories
Fastest rider under 25 (male and female)
Best sportsperson award (participant nominated)
Youngest cyclist to complete the course in under 20-hours
Oldest cyclist to complete the course in under 20-hours
Last person to complete the course in under 24-hours

Equal prizes for men and women.

Participants are expected to be self-sufficient, but there will a safety team shadowing the event to give assistance if required. There will be check-points at Toogoolawah, Moore, and Yarraman where support crews can offer assistance, but they may not offer assistance between the checkpoints.

Free water and snacks will be available at the check-points.

A colour coded bag drop will be organised to the check-points at Toogoolawah, Moore, and Yarraman

Mobile phone, adequate water, powerful  off road lights and sufficient batteries to last 8 hours, a basic first aid kit including TWO snake bite bandages (one is not enough), a puncture repair kit and basic tools, and a light-weight, warm clothing will be mandatory.

Free water and snacks will be available at Toogoolawah, Moore and Yarraman.

This is an event for experienced and fit cyclists only. It's unsuitable for anyone who has not had experience of riding 200 - 300 km off-road in a single day.

Anyone who takes more than 14 hours to reach Yarraman will not be permitted to continue.

This event is unsuitable for anyone who has medical problems unless certified as fit to do it by your doctor.

Bicycles must be suitable for riding off-road – mountain bikes or cyclocross bikes only.

Please join the BVRT E2E Facebook Group where participants can ask questions, share information, offer training advice, and hang out with fellow participants.
